Hello spring! So finally it’s here : the weather for moody peoples to enjoy their live as they want to live § spenting tym on food , tv , dancing and music .
Dahi puri is a snack originating from the indian subcontinent, which is specially popular in the state of Maharashtra, India. dahi puri is a chaat and it is served with mini puri shells. which is easily recognised from the dish panipuri.
Nowadays people love the chaat more than anything . Dahi puri became one of the most popular food inMaharashtra and delhi .the best thing of this dish is it can be easily find anywhere . As few days back when i was in a mood of tasty dahi puri. I visited the ashok vihar as this place has no’s of cafe which provides you the best street food. As i want to try dahi puris so i decided to go to one cafe and ..there i found no. Of dishes (e.g., “pani puri’s ,Vada pav “) . they made the food in Maharashtra style. I tried their dahi puri and they have made me their fan. I never tried that kind of dahi puri in any other street foods or cafe .

dahi puri made up of these awesome ingredient which makes dahi puri awesome in everything. as the cafe which i visits provides the best mouth-watering dahi puri. After tasting this chaat from them,i was glad i went to that place . the chaat Dahi puri comes as 5or 6 per plate. pani puri is served a one piece at a time but a full plate of dahi puri is served together. Dahi puri to eaten whole as like the pani puri , so that the yumness of all flavours mixed together.
DAHI PURI PREAPRATION
As the The round, hard, puffy puri shell is first broken on top, and partially filled with the main stuffing of mashed potatoes , chickpeas and some other items. A small amount of haldi powder or chilli powder, or both, may be added for taste, as well as a pinch of salt. Sweet tamarind chutney and spicy green chutney are then poured into the shell, on top of the stuffing. Finally, sweetened beaten yoghurt is generously poured over the shell. the finished product is garnished with sprinklings of crushed sev, moong dal, pomegranate and finely chopyped coriander leaves.
